Fees for 2009

*  $60.00 Registration Fee

Work a Mariners Game, Sale Car Wash Tickets or get a Sponsors donation. All Donations will go to assist athletes with related
expenses such as meet fees, travel cost related to attending meets. Your donation will go far to assist all athletes.

Thank you.

It will be the responsibility of all high school athletes to know the WIAA rules and regulations and to reference them to stay within those boundaries so
All athletes will be required to pay a $60.00 registration fee to the Track Club.   The Track Club will use these funds to coordinate travel,
transportation, accommodations, meals and assist in the management of the athletes while at track meets. Helen will continue to make hotel, air fare
and transportation arrangements for the team. Parents can make their own hotel, airfare and transportation arrangements however, we will ask that
you provide your athletes itinerary so that Helen, as well as Nate, may assist in the event an athlete is traveling alone, needs assistance or is delayed.

Athletes traveling with the team will be required to stay in the same hotel. This will allow the coaches and athletes to meet and communicate prior to
meets. We also want to use these traveling trips to help the athletes become self sufficient and be able to experience how it is to travel with a college
team.  There is a lot to learn about sharing a room, eating together, supporting one another and respecting that each one of them is there to do their
best. Nightly meetings are held to work out all the bugs.   We may ask parents to support the team in transporting their athletes as well as others.

All athletes that train with Nate and attend meets will be required to share in the expenses of Nate’s hotel, airfare, transportation, as well as a daily
stipend. Helen will inform everyone well in advance of the trip of his/her portion that is required.

Athletes traveling *unattached who will require Nate’s assistance and/or training will pay the set rate for Nate’s travel expenses. (Please refer to the
fee schedule on the track clubs web site).

It is our goal to plan attending meets and take advantage of cheaper flights and arrangements. Most of the hotels will consist of kitchen
accommodations so that the athletes will be able to save on food expenses as well as eat better meals. It is our goal to stay in extended stay hotels that
offer 1 and 2 bedroom accommodations so that we can house more athletes for less money. The more attend, the less for all. Please keep in mind
some of the meets will have high standards and only 1 to 3 athletes will be able to attend (thus increasing the cost).

All athletes will be required to keep themselves up to date through the web page or email communications with Helen as to the meet plans. If you are
18 you are expected to be responsible for communicating directly to Nate and Helen. This will allow Nate to coach.

In order to allow us to finalize travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, transportation details and answer all questions and concerns, both athletes
and parents will be required to attend information meetings. All athletes will be asked to sign an agreement about a general code of conduct for
practice, travel expectations, and respect for fellow athletes as wells as the sport it self.

Fundraising options will be available to help offset some of the expenses.  We strongly encourage everyone to participate because it provides financial
relief and also helps the team to rally and support one another.   Further information and details will be provided, as those opportunities become
available.
